We offer a 7-day easy return policy for exchange purposes only. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

4. How to Request a Return (Exchange)

To initiate a return request:

  2. Include your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the product(s).
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

If your request is approved:

  • We will coordinate the return pickup or ask you to send the product back to our provided address.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the correct or replacement product to you.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
